The Rollright Stones

The Rollright Stones are a prehistoric monument located on the border of Oxfordshire and Warwickshire in England. The site consists of three main groups: the King Stone, the King’s Men stone circle, and the Whispering Knights burial chamber. These ancient stones date back to the Neolithic and Bronze Age, around 4,000–5,000 years ago. Archaeologists believe the monument was used for ceremonial, ritual, or burial purposes by early communities. The stone circle is particularly well preserved and creates a mysterious atmosphere that attracts visitors and researchers.
